The photo is rejected
Face a window or neutral light source, clean the camera lens, remove strong colour casts and keep your forehead and both cheeks visible.
The match feels inaccurate
Review the detected tone, undertone and visible concerns in the profile editor, then update the result. Avoid photos with filters or heavy directional lighting.
The app destination is unavailable
The website can use either an App Store or TestFlight destination. During pre-release, access may be limited while a launch link is being prepared.
